Department of English

Kajori Patra is a doctoral candidate at the Department of English. Her research interests include young people’s culture and studies, Bengali literature, translation and adaptation studies and postcolonial narratives. She has a Master’s degree from Jadavpur University and has worked as a journalist focussing on childhood policies. She loves cats, naps and shutki maachh.
