Judy Colindres is a Ph.D. student interested in American literature, gender and sexuality studies, and pedagogy. Her goal is to develop a dissertation project focused on the importance of storytelling practices and positionality to teaching writing by women of color. Ultimately, Judy aims to connect her work in the undergraduate literature classroom with her research in constructive and multimodal pedagogical practices.
