Maryam Khorasani earned her BA and MA in English Literature with highest honors from the University of Tehran. As a PhD student at UF, she is planning to explore the ethical power of narratives in contemporary Anglophone children’s fiction. Her article on eighteenth-century children’s literature was published by International Research in Children’s Literature and she has a forthcoming paper on Lemony Snicket that will appear in Children’s Literature Association Quarterly.
